Coasteering
One of the newest, wildest and fastest growing activity sports in the World, coasteering involves a mixture of adventure swimming, climbing, traversing, cliff jumping, screaming and sheer, exhilarated excitement as you make your way around the coast. Your experienced guide will lead you through adrenaline inspiring jumps, 'washing machines', 'toilet bowls', reefs and caves. Experience the coast as you never have before, and where very few people have tread before you.
The coasteering route will depend on a number of factors, (i.e. weather, tide, swell and location), so no two coasteers are ever the same. Coasteering is accessible to all and being a strong swimmer is not essential. Your guide will select a route suitable for everybody. It is also possible to coasteer in all weather conditions, whether there's a big swell or a calm glassy sea. A bigger swell means more action, but a calm sea means greater opportunity to explore caves.
Coasteering was pioneered in Pembrokeshire National Park, and it's easy to see why. With 260 miles of pristine unspoiled coastline to explore there's so much to see. The waters and cliffs are home to dolphins, fish, seals, the odd whale, and hundreds of thousands of birds and you get to play in their turf.
